On local news, government backing latest EU directive, farmers are to be band from driving tractors in water logged fields. What's a water logged field, depends on how close the first puddle is from gate, think it was within 20 meters.

How long before, how much wind you can sail in, what wave height is safe to let you out in.

If you can float your boat in my field, I recon it's waterlogged.

You can be sure that the poor farmers will be working hard to declare their fields as waterlogged so they can get yet another subsidy!

Don't knock the farmers - hardest working people I know - and for next to no real income.
Mind you, I have never understood why they always put the gate in the most churned up area of the field.
