Milford Haven to Troon

Has any Forumites got a almanac nearby who can give me the distance from Milford Haven to Troon by sea without stopping, I have left mine on board

Thanks for quick response, the site seems good until you put in Ayr to Adrossan, they must have moved since I left Scotland as the site gives the distance as 94 miles!!

PS I just realised that the distance stated on Google earth is in miles not nm that why it appears to be longer
