I did promise to come back on here with a report on the DS antifoul with copper powder.
Remember this?
The good news is that there is no slime, no weed, no barnacles, no nutt'n.
The bad news is that I mixed it too think (too much copper powder) and the "roughness" of the surface does slow the boat down and uses noticably more fuel.
Conclusion? Success! Just use about half the Cu powder next time. And that amount would be just enough during continuous mixing to slighly shade the A/F Grey to copper, but not as much as you see here on this piccy.
