Were yesterday's antics confirmation that this man is a complete and utter tosser, has seriously loss the plot and is a dangerous father - shouldn't social services remove these children from him for their own safety and sanity. The veils over the heads of the elder two children were bad enough, but when he held that struggling baby over the top floor balcony with one hand - then surely it was time to think seriously about his parental responsbility.

What I wonder is where he gets the children from. Seriously the thought has crossed my mind that he buys them and is grooming them for future abuse. He's got a bit of history in that department.

Watch this thread disappear a la John Leslie one!

You are absolutely right, apparently Californian equivalent of social services are considering doing just that.

No doubt the lawyers are rubbing their hands together in anticipation.

My other suspicion, quite seriously, is that he wants a stock of geneitically compatible material for future transplants. I 'm not being my usual facetious self here, I really do think that is the sort of thing this nutter may have in mind.

Conversation overheard in Neverland between Wacko and servant

Wacko: "I think I would like a quiet night watching a Disney video"

Servant "Certainly sir, shall I get you Aladdin?"

Wacko: "No thanks I'll just watch the video"

The man should be in the funny farm

That guy lost the plot years ago. He is just a freak tosser. I would like to have seen a news headline that read

Wacko Jacko - is he on Smacko?

Or something similar. I just detest him.

Re: Yes, but...

Hmmm...and who decides who is a fit and responsible parent? You? Me? The Social Services (we all know what a great job they're capable of).

And was what Jacko did any more stupid than people don't make their kids wear seatbelts in the car? Or who drive at 95mph on a busy motorway 10 yards off someone else's rear bumper with a car full of kids and luggage? I've seen dozens of examples of both, but because the perpetrators aren't celebrity loons no one takes the slightest bit of notice.

And what about those people who took their kids for a walk along the Cobb at Lyme Regis during the recent storms and had one of them washed off it by a huge wave? Should they have their children taken into care? I take my kids on the back of my motorbike...is that a gross deriliction of my parental responsibilities?

Yes Jacko's a loon, but surely no more dangerous than quite a few people. We've all done stupid things at one time or another, some of which may have endangered the safety of our children. That doesn't mean we're going to drop them/abuse them/use them for spare-part surgery.

Re: Fair point...

but both the things you quote are technically illegal and as such there is a remedy at law.

i think people are worried that he settled out of court when a private prosecution was brought by a minor. I donot subscribe to the no smoke without fire. he is clearly different and could be open to all sorts of allegations. but he is clearly different in a way that makes many people uncomfortable with his actions and question his motives.

i do not have a children but if i did i would not leave them in his care. that would be my acid test. i bet he would fail it with most posters here.

as he says in the opening sequence of Thriller video.
'i am not like other boys'

no sh*t Michael!

Re: Fair point...

Agreed...I wouldn't leave my kids with him either. As we all know, most of what we read in the tabloids is total cr@p, but you can tell just by looking at him that Jacko is a bit strange.

Nonetheless, taking people's children away from them just because they're a bit strange seems horribly draconian.

Myself and Micheal Jackson have a lot in common.

We share the same birthday (true)
We are both white (?)
Both of us have had our noses re arranged over the years. (Although mine was done for free and without my consent)
We both hang our kids over a balcony (My kids are 20 & 22 and I try and get back some of the pocket money I've given em.
We both put bags over our kids heads when out in public(My kids look like their mother)
We both wear trousers that are too short (I just like showing off my checked socks and brown sandals)
We both hang about with monkies. (seen Byron?)
We only wear one glove (lost my other one)
We are both totally insane (he does wot he does and I own a boat and talk to you lot !)
Must admit though, I'm a better dancer after six or seven Guinesses.
Syd :)

Don't stop till you get enough...
