Its that time again and I'm pleased to say so far so good. However can I make a plea for sailors to be aware of the start area and line? On Sunday four boats ambled through the cruiser line and yesterday one came through the line, then turned round and proceeded back through it just as we were starting the Sonata fleet, fortunately a smaller fleet than some of the others. He then wandered over and just avoided the brig race.
Can make life difficult -so please, if there's a large boat with flags and guns going off and a load of boats around, could you help by staying clear! You are more than welcome to watch proceedings of course.
Cruisers are just south west of the Nass, dinghies and brigs further east but inshore north of the Nass. The channels are unobstructed.
Many Thanks
