bit early but planning ahead. This boat will be out of the water for the winter months. What do i need to do to avoid engine/hull damage due to frost. There will be probably no power available at the site of storage! All tips appreciated.

No worries with frost damage to the hull, as long as it isn't full of water. The fresh water circuit of the engine should be around 50% anti freeze, so that'll be all right, assuming the 50% anti freeze strength is correct. You could drain the raw water circuit to be safe. Most important would be to drain the fresh water system (drinking water).

We leave our MF 805 in the water all year and the only thing we've done over the past two Winters is to drain the drinking water, as it can freeze in the pipes/taps. Not had any freeze anywhere else.
 
Just to add to the other good comments. Disconnect the inlet and outlet to your fresh water pump to let the system drain fully, also drain the hot water system (release the pressure valve to fully drain hot system)
