It's essentially the same as an MF805 which was it's predecessor and was very popular.

Ask away, I've taken my completely to pieces

Hi jake009
Thanks for the reply , Ive been following your post on the 805 from day one and its been epic :) As the 815 is new to us ive just been trying to figure out all the systems in place . Figured out the heating but its the hotwater system ive no idea how to use , Same set up as your 805 and just wondering if its a case of filling the tank and opening the tap or is there as switch somewhere to operate it ?
Thanks J

The water system has a single tank that obviously needs filling. This tank supplies the calorifier (hot water tank) that's heated by the engine or shore power. The 12V water pump pressurises the entire system and you just open a tap the same as you would at home. So all you need to do is fill the tank, turn the pump on and make sure the shore power is on. From memory, there could be a breaker in the shore power consumer unit that is dedicated to the hot water immersion element, if that's the case it obviously needs to be on.

Is there a dedicated switch for the 12v pump or does it come on as soon as you turn on the tap or shower ? If there is a switch any idea where it is ?
