Mermaid Quay mooring fees.

I heard a rumour that they are going to make it free to moor at Mermaid Quay (presumably for a limited time).

Had a look on Wednesday they were still charging then,

Anyone know whats happening?

I've noticed that the code never seems to change when you moor up there though!
