This is what happens if you let your boat in saltwater for nearly 3 years and you don't want to change the anodes....

On the pics it don't even look as bad as in real life.... The gimbal ring is really corroded, it have to be replaced. Trimcilinders are gone too.
The drives are also gone, the SB drive has a crack in it, it's an old repair..
Transomplates are leaking and are very corroded...
My advise: engines out, complete new sterngear (transomplates, drives, cilinders), only thing whats still OK are the props...
Unbelieveble that some people let such a nice boat rot in the water for 3 years.. Couple has been divoursed, boat is for sale, they both did not want to spend some money on it...
And now its worth half the normal price....
