I’m having problems, engine died and won’t start.
3 110ah batteries are ok and charged.
fuel is primed and bled.
new alternator.
Starter came off tested ok and back on.
any other things I could try?
When you turn the key nothing happens at all. Dash lights up and the buzz works but nothing on the key.

engine earth??, loose cables behind the dash?? starter solenoid?? if you apply a positive cable from battery to starter does it turn over??

Faulty battery isolator switch offering too much resistance?
Faulty starter key switch ?
I had a similar issue but on a VP diesel engine and eventually traced it to a it was a loose / corroded electrical connection on the starter relay.

Broom 33 with two stations, one of the throttles was in gear, bit of a panic, quickly resolved.

Think it’s dropped a valve and head needs to come off.

First drive I left the “ button “ in so it wasn’t in gear ... revved the life out of it haha

surely you would at least hear the solinoid clicking in and the starter attermpting to turn. ?
Can you turn it over with big socket on the crankshaft pulley nut. ?

Went in through the bell housing got a flat head in there. She turns but very stiff.
