Hi, has anyone got any info and or pictures of how to disassemble and rebuild the wastegate please. I have removed the 3 allan screws but cant pull the 2 parts apart !! Many thanks.

Looks like the 3 screws plus the pipe, then the valve just "pops off" (yeah, right).
Maybe try adding some heat / give it a twist?

Hi, thanks for replying. I have the unit off the engine and have removed the 3 allan screws and can pull the 2 parts (top, the fined bit and bottom, the casing) about 1/2 inch apart and that's it. I can now see the stem of the valve but cannot see how to dismantle it further.

Many thanks, that is my set up but unfortunately its not behaving. I don't understand why the two halves wont separate more than 1/2 in. I fear something inside is seized. I cannot move the valve at all.
