Mercedes workshop manual

I have just bought a boat that has a marine mercedes om616 diesel engine. the only manual I have is a mecedes 240d car engine written in German. Does any one know where I can get my hands on an english marine workshop manual. Also does anyone have any good contacts for spares?

One place you won't get one is a Mercedes dealer. I got quite narked when I was told I had to be in the trade to be allowed to buy one.

Try Mercedes Parts counter at Mercedes, Edgeware Rd. N.London....Normally very,very helpful...if havn't got will probably suggest alternative supplier.
