Saw this ,and with a bit of chatter on the forum about “ trawlers “ ‘ stabs , go anywhere and such like thought do it properly :encouragement:
I have seen a few done in the Med so I can be done .
It’s got a FB , nice expansive rear deck ( when you have sold off the towing tackle) , to configure are you wish .
You could house a jolly nice speed tender too
Cock a snoop to all those wannabe skippers in Nordies , ORY. Flemings , GB.s , Aquastars - et al .

The smallest Nordie (the 40ft model) has more accommodation than the 29M of the tug.

That tug is all engine room!

Also I think that your RYA day kipper qualification might not be an adequate qualification in order to be able to drive it.
