Med Marinas with Hotel/Resort facilities

Yes bb and sat TV a must.

I think Sat TV anywhere in the Med might be a problem next year - BBC channels that is
Good broadband will be the way to go for UK TV when away from home
Satellite TV technology is getting increasingly more "geographically focused" and as internet connections improve this will be the best way to receive - IMHO

At the moment, we have cracking good BBC TV satellite signals in the Med but that WILL change.

Teos Marina Turkey

Not strictly Med I suppose more Aegean.

Teos Marina is a Sigacik near Seferihisar in NE Turkey.

We were there at the nearby Neilson Teos resort where my son was working for the summer.

The marina is very well appointed several state of the art toilet blocks, large pool and leisure resort, Yacht Club , 75ton hoist and full service yard etc.

The town alongside Sigacik is quite small, but the sea around there is empty very few boats and Turkey is still quite cheap to eat out etc.

Alicante club house and the hotel are both nice places to go, the cost for a berth in alicante is about 4500 euros per year. This is for a 12m berth.
I have a 12m berth there.

I have just been quoted 7,200 euros for a 15m berth in Alicante for 6 months NOV - APRIL, which I think is too high. Do you know of any private rentals?

Have you looked at Port de Roses?
Fly to Girona, 40mins tranfer.
Loads of hotels with pools nearby and a beach next door.
Nice and central for France or Balearics.
Good value and some lovley cruising locally.

That's a good one I haven't been there from a boating point of view, but it is where Salvador Dali painted a lot of his paintings and has some beautiful vistas (unless they have built all over it since I was last there).

Looking at bething possibilities in the med and I require a marina with hotel or resprt facilities - namely a pool, decent restaurant and bar (or more than one), club house/room would also be good.

MDL St Carles in spain is an obviuos one, and I am also aware of Marina Frapa in Croatia. Only other criteria is that its reletively easy to get to from the UK

I,ve been in benalmadena for 3 years, love it, 10mins from malaga airport, so central, and i believe there are berths now,two and half hour cheap flights with Mr Ryan
