I have already been contacted by one forum user who was asking about the local conditions given the heatwave warnings.

My best advice is to stay away! The temp is right now 35.4C in the shade on our boat and the water temp is 28C.

With the holidays yet to start things are very civilised. Stay at home!!

We dove down yesterday for a couple of weeks of piece and quiet , touched 37 near Turin , before noon .
We will head over to the Porquerolles in few days , the weather / sea is gonna be settled for week or so .
It’s been hot in the Alps and at 1400 M we no airco unsurprisingly.
Boats airco is quiet and massively specced at 42000 btu so last night we slept cool as cucumber.

Just @ anchor now ( been prop scrubbing) there’s actually a nice breeze hear and yes the water is warm now .

Oh behave! We have wall to wall sunshine up here in the Welsh Med with much more civilised temperatures.

Mcanderson is right, stay home!
Just spent the night at anchor and not a single boat wake to bother us

;) not brave, thats just what it's like what seems to be over 50% of the time. You get used to it and make fun where you can. Last weekend we were out we had a good day stuck right in the middle of a leeward shore F5 followed by a return leg of a windward shore F8. The day in the middle was superb and why we went out

look at that, sunshine and relaxation

Yikes! I forgot that the sun would be eating my gelcoat! So I swam around the boat, and then did it again a second time just in case and luckily it looks like we will stay afloat!
