[/ QUOTE ]Aside from the fact that in boats which are commissioned all year long it's not so unlikely that tanks are filled so rarely, you're plain wrong.
Resins MUST be regenerated after no more than 15-20 days (regardless of usage: heads measuring also capacity are only meant to start the regeneration before the preset interval in case of exceptionally high consumption).
Btw, also the unit you linked has actually a timed head!!!
And I can't see what else is particularly promising, either.
It's a very basic softener, like many others, not to mention that the suggested installation has probably been written by Mickey Mouse...
