Med boaters - will you get to your boat this year?

Stunning photo !...puts my phone camera to shame ?
I can't take much credit for it. I just flew the drone, the drone ( DJI mini 2)took 3 photos using auto exposure bracketing, and then google.photoe combined the 3 photos into a single HDR image.

A good case for a few coats of epoxy ?

Yes, I think that's more or less my only option from here on. 54 years old means someone's probably sanded the hull 3-4 times at least. There's just no gelcoat left in a couple of places.

Looks like end of September earliest before I get back in the water with her. Engine is out, new (well, 2nd hand) transom assembly ready to go on.

Extremely jealous of all you out there on the water!

It will be worth it .It’s a Bertram .
Theres always hard miles at first .

It’s very green, is that the weed the island eco anti tourist brigade are using to make life difficult for recreational boaters ?

Blue here ….just sand .

The photo was taken in Palma Nova bay, which is a massive tourist resort (like magalluf) and for some reason the water is really green , I don't know why.

This photo (not my boat) was taken about 1 mile away where our apartment is, and has blue sea as usual.

The poseidonia (sea grass) is the darker areas either side of the yacht.
