Another possible is this
Had something similar looking on a bearing that refused to come off. Turned out I needed to use a punch in similar grooves to turn the centre slightly to release it. It locked the bearing in place and it was just before the angle grinder came out that I noticed the notches. Couple of knocks with a punch and hammer and it came apart dead easy
Anticlockwise on the one I had, but it could be different on this
