Had a fault come up on a two month old DD8L dehumidifier and got in touch with Meaco customer service.
After supplying them with proof of purchase (glad I keep receipts) they arranged to collect it, six working days later its back with me.
I have to say they were very efficient and it was all arranged online, the report card said the fault was a sensor.

Is it not the retailers responsibility to deal with that ?
Since it was only a couple of months old the retailer might have replaced the product so you would not have been without it for a week.
 
Good customer service yes - they agreed to replace our broken dehumidifier after the warranty ended.

That said, it died around the time the warranty ended, so did not reflect well on the product itself.
