MDL early settlement percentage?

I know that MDL often offer a reduction for early settlement of berthing fees.

Does anyone know if they are doing it this year? And if so, what the percentage is? And the closing date for this offer.

I believe that it may be the same across their marinas but I'm not sure.

They are doing it, for payment by 16 Jan 12.....which reminds me!!

Percentage discount is on my paperwork at home but it ain't huge
