Md2010 tickover

I checked my MD2010 tickover speed with a digital tachometer today and it is a little slow. (the oem tachometer has problems)

Its meant to be 850 ±25 rpm. It was around 750.

Is the tickover speed adjusted by the stop bolt on the throttle/govener body?

Or is there another method?
