MBY's Spot The Boat

I haven't given STB a try for a while, but since I'm fearing yet another philosophical debate on these totally trivial things, I'll rather put the thread out of its misery right away.
Grandezza 40 she is. Or IT is, whatever! :p

Grandezza!! Never even heard of it!

There must be at least one boat out there that I can recognise but haven't seen it on STB yet..........;)

Any idea where that is? Looks lovely.

Mind you, anything looks better than the view from my office window on a cold December morning :)

That's amazing, M!

Looking the pic closer, the scenery might give some hint although the enhancements on the pic give it a med-feel.

Edit: Erm, I think I got it, M ;)

Ah, but you're one of the lucky ones - some of us don't even have a window... :p

MapisM got it before I'd seen it, but I wouldn't have got it anyway so he's saved me a wasted hour tonight trying! :)

Impressive blue rock on her hand - colour coordinated with the sky too...

Tee hee - it's your manor Scubaman, Finland
Ref you last comment, I'm guessing you flipped it left-right then google-image-searched it, right?
Assuming done the old fashioned way MM, good going!

I must admit the warmth oozing from the pic led me astray, just not used to it :).

Yep, just as you described it. They'll may well have to give up the 'bikini clad models' and look into Mr. Marsh's disregarded pics to make it more challenging in the future.

Aha! Eventually, we got to know who the real GIS experts are, around here....! :D

Ok, I'll be honest with you, folks.
Recently, I browsed extensively a few builders websites, to support a friend of mine who is considering to move from (or TO, whatever!) the dark side.
And when I saw the STB, I was sure to have already seen that pic somewhere during that search.
But actually, I didn't find immediately the pic on Grandezza website (also because I was mostly browsing for 30 to 35 footers), so knowing that the pic definitely was in one of the website I just looked at, I threw it in GIS.
Which obviously didn't work, so I thought to do what you smart chaps also did, and the rest is history.

Here, I throw myself on the mercy of the court.
Hopefully, you will declare me only half guilty, if nothing else because I did all the above in 15 mins or so... :o

As an aside, jfm, what about the Corsica & Sardinia 2014 report which I read in some other thread that you are drafting?
We desperately need some proper boating thread after all this STB malarky, you know...! :encouragement:

Not guilty in my book; we knew what you were doing!
I've nearly finished Corse/Sard post. Tonight maybe. Yep, it would be good to get back to boats, cruising, rebuilds, etc :)
