For about the first time ever... I have got it!
But seeing as nobody else has answered yet I shall leave my rather large clues for someone else to comment on.

Definitely Beneteau.
Beneteau GT 47.
Only guessing the 47 as the ladies seem rather high out of the water, but the wood and upholstery were the definite give aways.

No clue at all about the boat, but I know exactly where the pic was taken. Does that count?
Funny how a French builder choose an Italian landscape....
....possibly in the hope to make the boat look nicer?
I'll get my coat... :D
