MBM Subscription renewal.

Just had the letter to remind me to renew my subscription.

1 year at £40.86 (20% off).

So why is it that someone taking one out for the first time gets 25% off and only pays £38.31?

Does not look like existing customers are valued does it?

Gave up subscribing to the mag a couple of years ago, always seemed to be a better offer if you cancelled and then took out a new subscription and then they buggered my sub up, so I just didn't bother renewing.

Just pick up the occasional copy nowadays.

I re-subscribed at LBS, and now I get two of everything!

As much as I like the magazines, there is no doubt that the Subscriptions team need a slap!
