MBM November issue free download

I received the November issue of MBM last week, however, I don't seem to have the option to download the electronic version free of charge, which I have been able to do with all the past 12 months editions.

Has anyone else got this problem? Has the free download offer ended for subscribers?

Me too. I've spoken to IPC subscriptions and they are aware of the problem and are trying to get it fixed. They did say it may take a couple of weeks though.
 
In the meantime if you have updated to ios 7 then there is an update on the app if you have not done that as yet?

In fact there is an update on just about every app out there!

Hmm, a helpful lady at IPC talked me through it so I'm trying to remember what she said!

I went to the MBY magazine home page on my iPad & the latest issue shows up on the top banner. Click on it & it takes you to a page where you have to buy the digital issues. From memory you have to click one of these & log in with your password. This will re set your account, it will see that you are a subscriber & automatically download the new free edition. Hope this works!

I am late to this but I understand there are still some issues (or lack of them so to speak) from what I understand it's one thing not talking to another (technical term) and they are trying to rectify it.

Whilst it is of course our name above the door I believe we have one of those situations that is beyond our control...

I will try and keep you posted but off all next week so please keep hounding IPC if not.

Spoke too soon, as the mag has downloaded, but some of the pages are not displayed correctly as all I get is a blank screen, but can see the page thumbnails if I touch the screen. :confused:

My iPad Mini is still running iOS6, so wonder if this may be the problem??

I was just coming here to say that mine downloaded last night without the need to log out and back in but I didn't open it and having read Allan's post I realise I need to check it when I get home!

I did a shutdown/restart on my iPad this morning and I'm pleased to say all the pages are now showing correctly. :)
