MBM magazine - COMPLAINT

'angon.. stand down complaints department.. the email I typed to complain about not received the last two months MBM mags is now redundant having found two months of unopened magazines 'tidied away' by swmbo from the carpet at the front door... apparently a wicker box under the living room coffee table is now out magazine storage area, whether read or not

How on earth have you been coping - 2 MONTHS! I am chomping at the bit in the days up to the mag arriving. I assume you have been getting your fix in Smiths on a saturday morning.
This would be strong words in my house - wicker box? the mag has it's own table and that's it!!
I know I'm safe SWMBO doesn't know how to switch the computer on.

Shame really, will miss the magazine.

A few nights ago swmbo noticed the magazines were available on the ipad and she suggested that i could try that, and said that if I was to download them there wouldnt be piles of magazines in every room

Having now found the route cause of the problem, I assume that you and SWMBO will now complete a process review, and record the revised process in the QOM, with a check point in 6 months time to survery the process improvement?

Do want I do and keep them out of sight from swmbo, by keeping them stacked up in the shed. The only problem, I might need another shed.
