You can't post pictures directly from your computer. You need to upload them first to a web site such as Photobucket then link to them from here.

There are more detailed instructions somewhere in these forums. In simple terms, when you are posting you click on the 'Image' Instant Mark-up then paste the URL of the picture you want to upload.

At the moment uploading pictures has been disabled by the moderators due to the spamming episode the other night.
