Alt, she looks super well maintained, the interior looks like new, well done, enjoy!

Congratulations. Fab machine and looks mint. Nice to be able to buy a boat whose history you know first hand

Bigger lake? Could i suggest Lake Mediterranean? You need to get that on a truck to the Cote D'Azur sharpish Alt. It's cruelty keeping her a northern europe :D

Jfm I think you must have some governmental commission deal going on to entice boats to the Med...not that it's hard on the basis of the weather this year so far...or erm last year or the year before that :(

Engines look good.
Expansion tanks look a bit orange - coolant due for a change? Should be green.
Other than that, looks great :)

I suppose a 25 year old probably shouldn't have toys like this but to be fair, my car is a banger :D
Sheesh, good going Alt. I wont be alive to see it of course, but at that rate I'd be interested to see what boat you're driving when you're 94 as Henryf accuses me of being :-) You'll need a bigger trolley than that I bet :D

Looks great in the interior shots

I know what you mean about driving with an "illegal" trailer in Ireland. You have to spend time in Ireland to realise their relaxed attitude to rules like trailer weights and dims :-)

Congrats, lovely boat, one of the best in her size range imho.
I used to have one in my early Croatian years, and enjoyed her a lot.
Also afforded some serious waves in a couple of occasions, and the hull coped with that nicely.

The only thing that doesn't work on her is the wiper and horn... I Think we'll get over that!
My 2c on this: don't bother fixing the wiper, just remove it and you'll have one less thing to worry about. It's useless anyway.

Edit: coming to think of it, I have this pic taken in some warm and clear Med waters, just in case you could be interested...

Congrats on the new boat, very nice. And well done, jeez at 25 I hadn't even made it to my first 18' speed boat. Good going. Best wishes for the season.

Cheers
Jimmy

Can only echo what others have said, she looks the business. Well done and have lots of fun. And I guess at 25 you probably will.....................:)

Congrats Alt,

Looks great - a bit disappointed to see dust on the engines :-)

Look forward to meeting up with you on Derg during the summer.

Very nice indeed alt...

Now then following on from other threads here.....how much of an extension are you going to put on the swim platform and how many under water lights will be fitted? :)

Enjoy her and as others have said...25yr old....I don't know Yoof's these days...lol

She looks fantastic, I bet those engines will get you up to 30 knots. I like the worktop colour as well, my 1992 falcon looks quite dated now, maybe I can persuade swmbo to let me change mine. :-) Pity you guys are so far away, I doubt I'll be trying to go that far in my first season, I'll look out for you in future years.

Rightio.....

There'll be NO LED's - I'm not drilling holes in her!

The dust will be blown off the engines!

WOT is getting 34.5 knots on the GPS!

Oh, and I got a fill today.... 600 litres :(

Thanks for all the well wishes!

Next thing is an audio upgrade (see new thread)

how much of an extension are you going to put on the swim platform

If that swim platform got any bigger it'd need planning permission! Another great benefit to the boat, it's got the huge platform i've always wanted (I'm an avid Irish Dancer :D )

IT's all a bit surreal though, all my previous boat buys have consisted of lots of research, a trip to the UK.... flights, ferries etc...

This consisted of meeting for a chat and leaving with a boat and an empty pocket
