The afternoon tide predicted is around 14:15, there was talk at our club of slipping our moorings at around 03:00 Saturday and badging up on a buoy in the Ray till about 09:00 then cruising over to the Swale.

Another option would be to leave on the afternoon tide and meet up at Queenborough on Saturday evening for a meal and a drink. Then sail next morning to Conyer or Faversham.

What would you prefer to do Simon?

I'ts Ok I can take it on the chin and I'm not going to bite Roger. If this was the "The Lounge" however it would be a different matter!

My old mate Jim knows what tricks I used to get upto there!
