Maxcraft fishing boat dinghy thoughts

Just about to buy a wee maxcraft fishing cuddy dinghy.
Anyone had or has one and their thoughts on it. What size engines etc.
Look like solid wee things...

Hi had one in the 1970's probably better known as a Morehen dingy , the Max craft had inner moulded fibreglass seats rather than plywood one's, handy little boat but sensitive to rear end weight low freeboard so if your a big lad be careful in beach landing ,for the same reason suggest outboard size no more than 5hp less if 4 stroke will be plenty of power as overpowering only drags the stern down.

Thanks for this...I had suspected this.
Thinking of getting a wee 2.2 or 3hp engine for it. 2 stroke of course !
Currently thinking of sticking a battery or at least ballast up front under the cuddy to keep the nose in the water.
I didn't know it was related to the moorhen. They do look similar right enough, although this wee maxcraft has heavier looking keels and bilge keels.
