my mast was recently unstepped for repair; it has now been replaced, but the anenometer on top of it now stubbornly resists rotation (see example: web page ). it was fine before the mast was unstepped. it DOES rotate but very slowly, even in quite high winds, resulting in extremely inaccurate wind reading measurements. i have been up to see if i can see the problem, but am worried about application of wd40 in case the transducer gets damaged...does anyone have any idea of what might be wrong or a suggested solution? many thanks
