I would like to interface the Alpha pro II alternator regulator to my Axiom 12 rv MFD (to monitor the 24volt battery system).
The alpha pro II has a masterbus socket to link it to mastervolt charger/inverter .

Can I interface the alpha pro II regulator directly as a spur to the seatalkng network?
this one Mastervolt MLI-E Drop Cable for CZone - 1m will be ok?

Very much depends on what you're trying to achieve and what equipment you already have. You'll need more than the Alpha Pro if you want to monitor the CD systems, the Alpha Pro can only provide limited data, it has no way of knowing how much load is on the system or any external charging inputs.

If you want to know battery voltages, current into/out of the batteries, SOC etc, you need to be looking in the direction of a battery monitor. Your existing equipment and budget will have a strong bearing on any suggestions.
 
ok. thanks. my battery monitor is Mastervolt masterlink micc both for 12v and 24v. but it is an old equipment (2006) with no masterbus. my need is to duplicate the 24volt info (ah +voltage) on the Axiom
