mastervolt pure sine wave 12 to 220 volt ac overload problem

hi i have the above inverter and the problem is has three leds the first led lights permanent red the second led has the symbol ac lights permanent green and the third led blinking the red lights with beep sound
i have decode this fault from manual overload and low voltage at the input
i have measured on the input that i give power supply without load with a power supply 15 ampere and has steady 12 volt
i measure 20 mosfets total and i havent found shunt
do you have somebody experience from the same fault of this type of inverter ?
