I have a cheek block mounted at the front of the mast to control the spinnaker pole position on its track.

I can't remember the make (RWO?) but its on a metal plate thats curved to fit the mast cross section and its attached to the mast with 4 rivets.

Its a pain in the a***e as the genny sheets often get caught on it when we tack.

Can anyone recommend a different cheek block with a lower profile that is less likely to get caught??

thanks in advance

As no-one has any suggestions a couple of options...
Raise (or lower) the block so that it is out of range of the sheets.
Carve a couple of fairing pieces that can guide the sheets over the top of the block.
