Marvelous

I've just taken delivery of the last big item I had to save up for (anchor chain and warp) and now, due to swmbo's back problems, we've almost decided to sell White Magic to finance a catamaran.

Bloody typical, I'll have to start all over again now!

don't know what your wifes back problem is but I do know a really good osteopath, got me walking nearly normally again
pm me if his details will be any good to you

Muddypaws;

We fancy a Quest 33 for the med. Small enough not to need a mortgage in winter mooring fees but big enough for extended periods. And the big bridge deck berth that's easy to get in and out. And a lot cheaper than the Event 34. I'd like a Gemini for the performance but not at the prices they reach for a mass produced boat.

Cheekybrat;

The doc reckons she's got a couple of bulging discs. She's got an MRI scan booked for the day before we join my brother on his boat in Barcelona. She's in a lot of pain even tramadol and a bottle of red won't touch and the physio won't even try to manipulate her but she's insisting on going to Barcelona in ten days She's just plain obstinate.

At least with a wheelchair we'll get to the front of the queue for Sleazyjet!

Been there, done that. I had some very good morphine based patches; so good that I didn't notice when I had knelt on some carpet gripper track until I tried to move! :eek:
