This rather unusual boat was moored in Cherbourg last Tuesday evening. About 40' and called Marjorie. The life ring also had 1913 on it. The round portholes in the black stripes on the hull looked like cannon. I didn't see it until late evening and it was gone the following morning before I could have another look.
