Mariner 60 hp not charge

Hello


I have a mariner 60hp 1985 model
The motor dosent charge.

I use a batterycharger to charge the batteri to 13,7volt.
After a littlebit it has dropped to 12,5volt.
Som I think my stator is fault. (No dynamo om this)

Cand anyone confirm, or could it be other things are wrong?

My first guess would be the stator.
