Depends on what you mean by installers and what type of windows. You already have suggestions of the 2 main refurbishers of windows, but not sure there is anybody who specialises in window or portlight installation. That is a general "shipwright" sort of job.
If you google boat window manufacturers you will find a number of companies who design and make windows for boats, although they are now mostly aimed at power boats and canal boats because there are virtually no sailing yachts made in any volume in the UK now.
Maybe if you explained in more detail what you are looking for you might get more specific suggestions - and on PBO which has a much greater reach.

I used Seaclear, a small business in Maidstone, to refurbish my windows a few years ago. Reasonably priced and satisfactory. Worth checking.
