I think I'd start with a really knowledgeable broker, try David East in Woodbridge or David Smithells at Williams and Smithells, Southampton. They do a lot of international deals, if it's clever stuff find a clever solicitor, but if it's just a guaranteed change of ownership without pain, employ a good broker.
