This may not help, but perhaps worth a mention....
I have made a couple of outboard stowage blocks for guardrails in the following manner. Get a couple of hardwood 1in pieces say 6in * 8in (ie to suit your outboard). Clamp them together and drill through the join with a 1in flatbit: one hole right through (to clamp onto the horizontal pushpit member) and one vertical hole to meet it (to, at the same time, clamp onto a joining vertical member of the pushpit)
Separate the two pieces and they should "clamp" neatly over your chosen pushpit tee section. Join the two with suitable screws and there you have it.
Note that the pushpit tee may not be 90deg, so you must take account. Also you need a decent drill. Can be done with a hand held, but you need a steady hand and heart.
