Goodwillies Ltd in Waterlooville might be worth trying also I think Hawke House Ltd, Fareham can supply a very good marine plywood made by Robbins Ltd, Bristol

I've brought marine ply from http://www.bamptons.co.uk/ before. Really good service, they were happy to cut into an 8x4 sheet and charged me for what I needed. Good guys. Outskirts of Southampton (Portsmouth side).
