Grateful if anyone can recommend a good marine gas fitter to replace the existing gas system in a 30 foot cruiser, Dartmouth area. Thank you.

Dunno. But watch for them glueing stickers on, all over the furniture. Or you will feel like yer driving a number 9 bus.

In the absence of any recommendations you should be able to locate a fitter authorised to work on lpg and who works on boats using the "find an installer" facility on the Corgi website www.trustcorgi.com
However it only seems to work if you select the "In my home" option rather than "outside my home/for a business"

I used Gas Check Marine 01803 883163 when I was in Plymouth. They are based in Brixham. Turned up when they said, did the job well and charge a reasonable amount.

The Gas Check Marine guy also works in Solent area. A couple of guys I know have employed him and both say he is very good.

Always cautious about recommending like this but I have used David Brooks (Gascheck Marine) and was very satisfied. Would not hesitate to use him again.
