Marine Force Chandlers - successors??

My SX-Micro h/h VHF's battery has failed and it is still in warrenty - does anybody know if Marine Force has started up under another name or should I go direct to the SX main dealer - whoever they are.

I believe the Mail Order business is/was Windward Marine in Stroud.
The retail shops are "Force4" in Bristol, Lymington and Poole.

Although they have had a turbulent time with take-overs, etc, I have found this group to be very competitively priced and really helpful. Website is:
