Cant recommend one but, having wtached one work on my boat, and with a bit of help from people here, there are very few jobs I can think of that I wouldnt do myself now.. and this is from being completely ignorant of almost anything DIY in March.
Boatronics did a few good jobs on my boat at Sov Harbour last year. Don't have a contact number but I think they came from Hurst Green. Try giving the harbour a call ?

I agree that if that S23 is a 23 ft sail boat then you would be well advised to master the DIY. it is not rocket science just an on going battle with corrosion. Plenty of advice here olewill
