It's always a mistake to rely on ANY company outfit anywhere replying to e-mails !

If you need the info, look it up from the home computer first or phone them.

Direct contact is always better and should be part of a responsible passage plan if venturing outside well known waters. Phone is by far the easiest way of doing this in the UK.

If email/ applying online is too onerous (and some can be slow in replying), why not just call them? - In my experience they're happy to quote over the phone.

Not sure my Spanish is up for that so in the morning we are gonna take a ride by taxi down to Flamenco Marina, Panama City and ask them in the office. As you do.

Well... I think this is to avoid their neighbouring yard under cutting and then creating a price war...

I can't see it could be that - marinas must know how much all their neighbours charge, as they'll get visitors telling them. "I wanted to be closer to town, but they wanted to charge me £40 a night!"
