A 40-year-old woman has been charged with murder after a man was stabbed onboard a boat moored on the Thames in Abingdon on Sunday evening.

As a non liveaboard, I've managed to find a space twice in 8 years. I don't know how anyone gets in, without hanging around midstream all day like a circling vulture.
