Hi all,

Just booked some flights to Malaga for the first week in June and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for boat rental there. Ideally we would be looking for a Mobo for 3 people for a day, maybe 2. Just want to potter about, nothing too serious required!

Thanks

Rich

There is a good guy called Peter Bux, he knows that part of the world well I believe, he runs a company called My Marine, he should be able to put you straight

I think you'll like the old town of Malaga, I was there with the kids over Christmas. Cultured and very well kept, nice old buildings shops and restaurants; but make sure your GPS is working as the streets are a rabbit warren.

Be warned, there is no on street parking , and the car parks are very expensive. You won't need a car if you stay in the center of town. The port is very nice with some OK food, and there is a lovely tree lined promenade along the sea front.

8/10. Surprisingly nice!

Limited Bareboat due to proximity to morocco. Banus and Marbella have plenty of skippered. Cheaper boats at Estepona.

We've just booked a week in Estepona Palace Hotel at the end of May. We'll have to have at least a taste of boating, although the prime aim is to research buying a flat or something.
