I am currently fitting out a hull and deck which is nearing completion inside. I now need to fit the sliding hatch and washboard but not sure where to get hold of the runners or sliders for the hatch to slide back and forth. I have seen some boats with nylon runners which look to be about 30mm wide x 6mm thick.
Anyone out there got any ideas what to use and more importantly where to get them from

Most Twisters use brass [bronze?] sliding track, C-shaped on the hatch surround and T-section on the hatch, i.e. the T slides inside the C. I replaced mine last year [it was 39 years old] and think I bought the track from Classic Marine Ltd.

If you think that will do the trick and have enough for me to complete the job then I would be only too happy to buy them from you. Let me know if I need to give you any dimensions and we can discuss cost and delivery at a later date.
