Magnesium Anodes

Hi,
I keep my boat on the non tidal thames and am looking to spend around a week in the Thames and Medway estuaries but overnighting in marinas such as Limehouse and Chatham. Will my anodes be ok for the short time that they are in what I assume to be brackish water?
