The EA Anglian on Gt Ouse does not licence structures such as jetties and pontoons as the EA do on the Thames. They do however have clear licensing for powered, non powered craft and discounted and very clear licensing for houseboats. It would appear our nautical residents don't wish to join the club of licence payers.
